This morning Andrew found Liam popping a Tootsie Roll into his mouth and asked, "Who told you you could have that?"
Very matter-of-factly Liam replied, "God did."
"What do you mean God did?"
"Well," Liam said. "I asked God if I could have it and he said 'yes'!"
