This morning we were greeted by a live halloween decoration right outside the dining room window, and he hasn't budged all day. About the size of quarter, he is by far the largest arachnid we've seen around these parts.
After some furniture rearranging early in the day, Liam's creativity was reignited by the craft table moving from porch to living room. He promptly cut strips of paper, gathered stamps, confetti and glue and started making "decorations."
Later in the day, in search of apples, we made an unplanned trip to a local pumpkin/apple/pony ride spot. Due to the Columbus day crowds and the sticker shock, we opted out of the pony ride but had fun trying out the tractor and hugging the pumpkins. Maybe tomorrow, applesauce.
