Every other week we get a box of beautiful organic produce delivered to our doorstep from Timber Creek Farms. (And if you live within 100 miles of Chicago, you can, too!) On the Tuesday morning it arrives, I can't wait to see what's inside. Every delivery is different and every item in the box is certified 100% organic. My favorite part is planning my recipes for the next week or two around the produce we receive. Tomorrow night it's corned beef, cabbage, carrots and potatoes. A little St. Patty's, a little late.
